    My loft in Williamsburg is an option as well. We can host 30 people comfortably and have a BBQ on the back deck.

    I can always book the club room in my building on Roosevelt Island (http://www.octagonnyc.com/bldgAmenity.asp ) very nice building and we could even have a cookout on the grounds as there are outdoor grills. Easy to get there, take the F train and it is the first stop after Lex and 63rd.
